• Organized and managed a team of Change Management tutors for select managers from LG Korea to build relationships, to ensure understanding of difficult concepts, and to reduce language barrier

• Researched causes, effects, and solutions for salary inequities which resulted in valued recommendations to the dean and the Salary Equity Task Force and was scheduled for implementation the following school year
• Designed survey and gathered internal and external data in order to perform a statistical analysis showing general trends, satisfaction levels, and perceptions within the school to write a proposal surrounding salary equity issues
